Japanese traditional dance and rakugo storytelling will be performed inside the shrine.
There will also be a wide variety of other events, including the lion dance, taiko drum performances, and FUNA-TOGYO (where a boat, with a mikoshi portable shrine on board, crosses a river). With the large number of stalls offering their wares for this special occasion, this normally quiet business town is transformed into a bustling festival forum.
