In Xinjiang, an autonomous territory in northwest China, at the heart of the Silk Road, there lives a large number of Muslims, and thus the area has long eaten halal cuisine. Serving 100% halal dishes, the main feature is Xinjiang cuisine, but there is also Chinese-style halal dishes. The owner-chef is from Xinjiang.
