Exhibition Period: From Monday, April 2, 2012 to Tuesday, June 26, 2012
〔First Exhibition〕 From Monday, April 2, to Tuesday, May 15.
〔Second Exhibition〕From Thursday, May 17, to Tuesday, June 26.
Some artwork from the First Exhibition will be replaced by new artwork in the Second Exhibition (remaining artwork will be on display during both exhibitions).

The folding screen is a large folding partition, used in rooms both as a divider and a decorative feature.
It is three-dimensional when upright and in-use, so impressions of the drawn patterns will change depending on the direction from which they are viewed.
During this exhibition, as well as the pieces owned by this museum there will be many other works of art on display, such as folding screen masterpieces, Japanese paintings, dyed artwork, and kimono designs.
