The owners are a brother and sister duo who grow pesticide-free, seasonal ingredients and offer meals which utilize the sweet and rich flavors of those vegetables. Their sauces and dressings use fruit and vegetables, as well as Amazake, a lightly fermented drink made from brown rice, which gives them their deep flavors and colors. Their cakes are also 100% made from vegetables, and they also have gluten free options. They do not use any MSG, refined or finished food, or animal food. Dine with peace of mind.
