Yuki Museum of Art

This museum opened in 1987 with a collection donated by Teiichi Yuki, the famous gourmet. It has an archive of many works including 11 Important Cultural Assets. Teiichi, the founder of the famous Japanese restaurant “Kitcho,” has devoted his energy to collecting tea ceremony utensils from all over the country. The exhibition room is built as a replica of a tea ceremony room.
