sunetomi An, Monument to Tsunetomi Kitano

Tsunetomi Kitano was an artist from Kanazawa. He rendered great services to the Naniwa “ukiyoe” (color prints of everyday Japanese life) artist circles of Osaka from the Meiji (1868 to 1912) through to the Showa period (1926 to 1989).
